Appropriates $3,130,193,000 total for Idaho's Public Schools Educational Support Program for fiscal year 2027 (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027), including $1,355,188,100 for the Division of Teachers, $1,700,246,000 for the Division of Student Support, and $25,810,000 for the Idaho Digital Learning Academy

Allocates $13,750,000 for teacher professional development and adds $6,359 per cell to career ladder compensation for instructional and pupil service staff

Distributes $36,500,000 for classroom technology, wireless infrastructure, and learning management systems, plus $5,000,000 for early literacy training focused on science of reading for K-3 teachers

Provides $4,820,000 for English language learner programs, $4,715,000 for coursework for students failing proficiency tests, and $4,324,900 from cigarette/tobacco/lottery funds for school safety and substance abuse prevention
