Allocates funds across five programs: Administration ($6,539,000), Enforcement ($59,900), Fisheries ($13,774,900), Wildlife ($5,461,100), and Communications ($64,400)

Draws funding from the Fish and Game Fund, Fish and Game (Federal) Fund, and Fish and Game (Other) Fund

Reappropriates any unexpended and unencumbered balances from dedicated funds and federal funds from fiscal year 2026 for nonrecurring expenditures in fiscal year 2027
