Appropriates $32,823,700 to the Idaho Department of Correction for FY2027 (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027), including $30,346,000 for operating expenditures and $2,477,700 for capital outlay

Allocates $22,893,200 from the General Fund for county and out-of-state inmate placement and $6,367,900 for medical services in FY2027

Requires the Department of Correction to evaluate community reentry center operations, including potential outsourcing models, and report findings to the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee by November 1, 2026
