Idaho has established the Wolf Depredation Control Board and the Depredating Wildlife Appeals Board to oversee claims and distribute compensation for livestock losses

Calls on the Trump administration and Congress to mandate that filing depredation claims cannot be used as a basis for modifying or revoking federal grazing permits

Directs the U.S. Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management to promulgate rules protecting grazing permittees from permit changes based on wildlife depredation claims
