Establishes the Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Syndrome Education Act in Illinois.

Department of Public Health shall create an education program to promote public awareness of the syndrome and the importance of early detection, diagnosis, and treatment.

Program shall distribute written materials and educational communications covering the nature and causes of the syndrome, risk factors, available treatment options with risks and benefits, and availability of diagnostic and support services in Illinois.

Department shall coordinate with health care providers, public health agencies, and other entities to develop professional education programs for lawyers, judges, arbitrators, and health care professionals on current research, diagnostic procedures, treatment options, and available services.

Department of Public Health may accept gifts, grants, and donations from any source to carry out the program's duties.
