Requires sellers of residential property in Illinois to have the sewer line inspected by a licensed plumber using video camera inspection technology before sale

Inspection must cover the sewer line from the property to the sewer main, or in the case of septic systems, from the property to the septic tank

Licensed plumber must prepare a written, dated report reviewing the condition of the sewer line

Seller must attach the plumber's inspection report to the standard residential real property disclosure form required under existing law

Disclosure documents, including the sewer line report, must be delivered to prospective buyers before signing any purchase agreement
