Amends Section 111-4 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963 to add Section 17-3 of the Criminal Code of 1961 to the list of offenses that may be charged as a single offense in a single count.

Allows multiple acts or transactions involving identity theft and related offenses to be charged together in one count if they are in furtherance of a single intention and design or involve property or services of the same person or persons with a common interest.

Permits the period between the dates of the first and final acts or transactions to be alleged as the date of the offense when multiple related offenses are charged in a single count.

Allows any county where at least one of the related acts or transactions occurred to be alleged as the county of the offense for prosecution purposes.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
