Amends the Unemployment Insurance Act's disclosure of information provisions to allow the Department of State Police or county or municipal law enforcement agencies to request information about sex offenders required to register, including employment and residency information.

Permits law enforcement to obtain current or former places of employment and residency information for individuals who are or were receiving unemployment benefits from the Department of Employment Security.

Information disclosure is limited to sex offenders required to register under the Sex Offender Registration Act and is intended to enforce registration provisions requiring disclosure of employment location to law enforcement.

Maintains existing confidentiality protections for unemployment insurance information while creating a specific exception for law enforcement agencies investigating sex offender registration compliance.
