Amends the New Vehicle Buyer Protection Act by expanding the definition of "new vehicle" to include motorcycles as defined in Section 1-147 of the Illinois Vehicle Code.

Motorcycles will now receive the same buyer protections under the Act as passenger cars, Second Division motor vehicles under 8,000 pounds, recreational vehicles, and fire department vehicles.

Changes apply to both purchased and leased motorcycles for at least one year.
