Amends the Unified Code of Corrections to add a condition of parole, mandatory supervised release, probation, conditional discharge, and supervision for sex offenders prohibiting participation in holiday events involving children under 18 years of age.

Prohibited activities include distributing candy or items to children on Halloween, wearing a Santa Claus costume on or before Christmas, being employed as a department store Santa Claus, or wearing an Easter Bunny costume on or before Easter.

This prohibition applies during the entire period that a sex offender is required to be registered under the Sex Offender Registration Act, with exceptions for offenders who are parents or guardians of children under 18 in their home where no non-familial minors are present.

Applies to offenders convicted of sex offenses as defined in Section 3-1-2 of the Unified Code of Corrections and modifies Sections 3-3-7, 5-6-3, and 5-6-3.1 of the Code.
