Amends the Illinois Highway Code to allow interstate highways, State highways, or segments thereof to be named in honor of Illinois State Troopers killed in the line of duty upon written request by the Director of State Police.

Requires the Director of State Police to submit written requests to the Secretary of the Illinois Department of Transportation specifying the trooper's name, date of death or incident, and desired sign location.

Directs the Secretary of Transportation to consult with the Director of State Police on sign design and erect appropriate signs by an agreed-upon date, with costs borne by the labor organization representing the deceased trooper.

Requires the Secretary and labor organization to enter into an agreement regarding cost payment before costs are incurred.

If the requested road segment is already named for another individual or organization, both agencies must consult and determine an alternate location acceptable to both.
