Amends the Recreational Use of Land and Water Areas Act to expand the definition of recreational and conservation purposes to include activities beyond hunting and recreational shooting.

Adds new categories of permitted activities including conservation, restoration, resource management, education, nature study, exploration, exercise, and outdoor recreational use by the general public.

Clarifies that land used for recreational or conservation purposes excludes residential buildings and residential property.

Modifies the Act's purpose statement to reference the expanded definition of recreational and conservation purposes set forth in Section 2.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
