Amends the Illinois Election Code to grant voters aged 75 or older the right to request and receive preference at polling places when obtaining and casting ballots.

Requires election authorities to prominently display signs both inside and outside all polling places informing voters of the senior preference right.

Mandates that each election authority designate at least one election judge or official at each polling place to grant preferential treatment to voters aged 75 or older upon request.

Applies the senior voter preference requirement to grace period voting locations, in-person absentee voting locations, and early voting locations.

Requires election authorities to identify designated election judges or officials to voters within and waiting outside polling places to facilitate access to the preferential treatment process.
