Amends the Unified Code of Corrections to add aggravated domestic battery as a new offense category restricting good conduct credit for prisoners committed on or after the bill's effective date.

Prisoners convicted of aggravated domestic battery shall receive no more than 4.5 days of good conduct credit for each month of imprisonment.

Aggravated domestic battery is added to the list of serious offenses for which meritorious service good conduct credit cannot be awarded and program participation bonuses are unavailable.

Maintains existing restrictions on good conduct credit for other serious crimes including first-degree murder, sexual offenses, drug trafficking, weapons offenses, and crimes involving great bodily harm to victims.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
