Department of Natural Resources may issue hunting pins to holders of hunting permits who can prove a lawful and successful hunt under the Wildlife Code.

Department must set hunting pin charges at a minimum of $5 per pin and promulgate rules for the procedure to prove a lawful and successful hunt.

Revenue collected from hunting pin sales shall be deposited into the DNR Technology Fund, a new special fund in the State treasury.

DNR Technology Fund moneys, subject to appropriation, shall be used by the Department to purchase computers, radios, and other equipment to support conservation programs.

Act takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
