Establishes the Community Service Education Task Force to determine appropriate funding levels for the Community Service Education Program

Task Force composition includes 4 members appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives and 3 members appointed by the Minority Leader of the House of Representatives

Task Force must report its findings and recommendations to the General Assembly by July 1, 2010, at which point the Task Force is dissolved

Section 95 of the Community Service Education Act (105 ILCS 60) is repealed on July 2, 2010

Act becomes effective July 1, 2009
