Amends the Radon Industry Licensing Act to require Agency approval before any radon or radon progeny detection device can be sold in Illinois.

Requires all electronic radon detection devices sold in the state to be calibrated to ensure accuracy and precision of measurements.

Exempts retail stores that only sell radon sampling devices without manufacturing them or providing related services such as home inspection or real estate representation.

Creates the Radon-Resistant Building Codes Task Force consisting of representatives from home builders, home inspectors, building code organizations, realtors, respiratory disease organizations, cancer research organizations, municipal organizations, and legislative appointees.

Task Force shall make recommendations to the Governor, Agency, Environmental Protection Agency, and Pollution Control Board regarding adoption of radon-related building code rules.
