Adds definition of "social networking website" to Criminal Code Section 16D-2, covering internet sites with member profile pages, personal information, photographs, and messaging capabilities.

Requires sex offenders on parole or mandatory supervised release (Section 3-3-7) to refrain from accessing or using social networking websites as defined in the Criminal Code.

Requires sex offenders on probation or conditional discharge (Section 5-6-3) to refrain from accessing or using social networking websites as defined in the Criminal Code.

Requires sex offenders on supervision (Section 5-6-3.1) to refrain from accessing or using social networking websites as defined in the Criminal Code.

Restrictions apply to sex offenses committed on or after the effective date of this amendment (96th General Assembly).
