Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to the Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability for fiscal year 2010 ordinary and contingent expenses.

The appropriated amount is contingent on availability, allowing use of "so much of that amount as may be necessary."

Takes effect July 1, 2009.
