Adds new sentencing provision requiring natural life imprisonment for persons convicted of criminal sexual assault against 2 or more victims under 18 years old, regardless of whether offenses occurred from same or separate acts.

Adds new sentencing provision requiring natural life imprisonment for persons convicted of aggravated criminal sexual assault against 2 or more victims under 18 years old, regardless of whether offenses occurred from same or separate acts.

Amends Sections 12-13 and 12-14 of the Criminal Code of 1961 to establish these mandatory natural life sentences for repeat child sexual assault offenders.
