Amends the Illinois Streetgang Terrorism Omnibus Prevention Act to allow the Attorney General, State's Attorneys, or municipal prosecutors to sue for monetary damages on behalf of communities or neighborhoods harmed by streetgang activity constituting a nuisance.

Money damages awarded must be paid from the assets of the criminal streetgang or its members, with only gang members who created, maintained, or contributed to the nuisance being personally liable.

Permits use of expert testimony to establish the extent of damages suffered by the injured community or neighborhood in civil actions brought under this provision.

Requires recovered damages to be deposited into a separate segregated fund and paid to the local governing body, which must use the funds solely for the benefit of the community or neighborhood injured by the nuisance.

Maintains existing injunctive relief provisions while adding this new civil damages remedy as an additional tool to combat streetgang activity.
