Amends transportation acts for downstate public transit, Metropolitan Transit Authority, Local Mass Transit Districts, and Regional Transportation Authority to change senior citizen free fare eligibility.

Replaces blanket eligibility for all seniors aged 65 and older with eligibility limited to senior citizens eligible for benefits under the Senior Citizens and Disabled Persons Property Tax Relief and Pharmaceutical Assistance Act.

Requires implementation within 60 days of the effective date of the amendatory act of the 95th General Assembly.

Applies to all fixed route public transportation services provided directly or through grant or purchase of service contracts by participating transportation authorities and districts.

Each transportation authority maintains discretion to establish conditions for providing free services to eligible senior citizens.
