Amends Section 30.25 of the Military Code of Illinois to expand stay of prosecution protections for service members during and 14 days after military training or duty exceeding 29 days.

Service members deployed within the continental United States may have civil proceedings stayed if their failure to meet obligations results directly from their active duty.

Service members deployed outside the continental United States receive mandatory stays of civil proceedings for periods not to exceed 5 years.

Stay of proceedings does not modify underlying conditions, obligations, terms, or liabilities including accrued interest, late fees, or penalties.

No stay is provided for written agreements entered into or debts incurred by the service member during or after their period of military training or duty.
