Appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to the Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability for fiscal year 2010 ordinary and contingent expenses.

The appropriated amount is conditional, allowing use of only so much of the $2 as may be necessary.

Takes effect July 1, 2009.
