Amends Section 12-15 of the Property Tax Code to set maximum publication fees for newspapers publishing assessment lists in counties with less than 3,000,000 inhabitants, ranging from 80¢ to $2.00 per parcel depending on the information included.

Modifies Section 12-20 to change the publication fee in counties with 3,000,000 or more inhabitants from 40¢ to a maximum of $0.40 per column line for publishing assessment lists.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
