Department of Public Health shall prepare and distribute a pamphlet to all health care providers containing information about mercury-containing vaccines and possible adverse effects.

Department shall provide the pamphlet free of charge to hospitals, medical clinics, public health services, and physicians offering prenatal or perinatal care for distribution to pregnant women.

Department shall distribute pamphlets to any person, organization, or interested parties upon request, and allow duplication provided copies are identical to the original.

Outreach programs shall include information about possible vaccine reactions, follow-up referral sources, and referral components to link immunized children with available public or private primary care providers.

Pamphlets shall be translated into Spanish language version and the Department shall conduct a public information campaign to distribute them to Hispanic women in the state.
