IL HB3725

Amends Section 30-20 of the Limited Liability Company Act regarding creditor rights against members' distributional interests.

Eliminates language stating that the charging order provision is the exclusive remedy by which a judgment creditor may satisfy a judgment from a member's or transferee's distributional interest in an LLC.

Preserves existing provisions allowing courts to charge a member's distributional interest, appoint receivers, and foreclose on charging order liens to satisfy judgments.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
