Amends aggravated battery of a child (720 ILCS 5/12-4.3) to make it a Class X felony with mandatory sentence of 30 to 60 years imprisonment instead of varying by offense type.

Adds mandatory natural life imprisonment sentence for any person convicted of a second or subsequent violation of aggravated battery of a child.

Adds firearm enhancements to aggravated battery of a child: 15 years added if armed with firearm, 20 years if firearm discharged, and 25 years or up to natural life if firearm discharge causes great bodily harm or death.

Amends predatory criminal sexual assault of a child (720 ILCS 5/12-14.1) to impose mandatory natural life imprisonment for all convictions, eliminating previous tiered sentences based on offense circumstances.

Removes previous sentencing variations for predatory criminal sexual assault of a child based on different subsections and consolidates all convictions under a single natural life imprisonment sentence.
