Amends Section 110-5 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963 regarding bail conditions and determinations.

Allows courts to order a risk assessment evaluation at an Illinois Department of Human Services approved partner abuse intervention program for persons charged with battery or physical harm against a female or minor, even if not related to the victim, if the court finds potential danger to household or family members.

Adds new subsection (g) permitting courts to impose risk assessment as a bail condition for offenses involving battery or physical harm to females or minors when the court determines the defendant could pose danger to members of his or her household or family.

Maintains existing bail determination requirements considering factors such as nature of offense, evidence of violence, defendant's criminal history, ties to community, financial resources, and prior failures to appear.
