Amends the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Systems Act by adding new Section 3.50(f) to prohibit the Department of Public Health from issuing EMT licenses at any level to individuals defined as sex offenders under the Sex Offender Registration Act.

Prohibits the Department of Public Health from renewing EMT licenses at any level for individuals who are sex offenders as defined in the Sex Offender Registration Act.

Applies to all three levels of EMT licensure: Emergency Medical Technician-Basic (EMT-B), Emergency Medical Technician-Intermediate (EMT-I), and Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic (EMT-P).
