Amends the Illinois Wage Payment and Collection Act (820 ILCS 115/11) to provide attorney's fees for employees who prevail in wage claims prosecuted individually against their employers.

Allows employees to file wage claims with the Department of Labor within one year after wages or wage supplements are due, submitting a signed application and supporting documentation.

Grants the Department of Labor authority to investigate wage violations, subpoena witnesses and documents, and prosecute wage claims on behalf of financially unable employees.

Permits the Department to join multiple wage claims against the same employer in a single proceeding, with courts having discretion to order separate trials.

Preserves the right of employees to independently pursue their own wage claims in court and receive reasonable attorney's fees if they prevail.
