IL HB3946

Requires demands for possession in forcible entry and detainer actions to state the name and date of birth of each known occupant and names of occupants with disabilities in counties with population of 3 million or more.

Requires notices of foreclosure, foreclosure complaints, and notices of judicial sale to include the name and date of birth of each known occupant and names of occupants with disabilities in counties with population of 3 million or more.

Allows judgments of foreclosure to include special matters identifying whether any known occupant is 14 years of age or younger, 65 years of age or older, or has a disability, in counties with population of 3 million or more.

Applies occupant identification requirements to demands in condominium foreclosure and possession proceedings in counties with population of 3 million or more, including physical description of the structure.

Effective immediately upon becoming law.
