Amends Section 10-8 of the Liquor Control Act of 1934 regarding search warrants for alcohol-related violations.

Removes the prohibition on issuing search warrants for premises used for residence purposes, allowing such warrants to be issued when there is reasonable grounds to believe alcoholic liquor violations are occurring.

Maintains existing provisions allowing circuit court judges to issue search warrants based on verified complaints when there is reasonable grounds to believe alcoholic liquor is being manufactured, possessed, kept for sale, used, or transported in violation of the Act.

Preserves the exemption that no search warrant is necessary for inspection or search of licensed premises under the Act.

Becomes effective immediately upon enactment.
