Amends the Department of Veterans Affairs Act to establish a grant program for mobile assistance units providing mental health and preventive health services to veterans.

Mobile units shall travel to various locations including local veterans organization facilities and homeless shelters to deliver services.

Services target homeless veterans and veterans facing barriers to care, particularly those in rural and medically underserved areas.

Services may include mental health screenings, preventive health care, crisis intervention, and assistance accessing services from state and federal agencies.

Program is subject to appropriations and the Department shall issue requests for proposals to eligible entities.
