Appropriates $7,297,700 from the General Revenue Fund for the Office of the Governor's ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2009.

Appropriates $100,000 from the Governor's Grant Fund for the Office of the Governor to be expended according to the terms and conditions upon which the funds were received.

General Revenue Fund allocation includes $4,783,000 for personal services, $542,800 for state employees' retirement contributions, and $365,900 for Social Security contributions.

Additional General Revenue Fund allocations include $681,000 for contractual services, $400,000 for telecommunications services, $163,000 for electronic data processing, and $70,000 for ethnic celebrations and special events.

Act takes effect July 1, 2009.
