Appropriates $6,082,225,600 total ($4,163,531,600 General Funds, $557,922,600 Other State Funds, $1,360,771,400 Federal Funds) to the Department of Human Services for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2009.

Funds income assistance programs including Aid to Aged, Blind or Disabled ($29.2M), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families ($99.3M), child care services ($590.9M), and funeral/burial expenses ($12.6M).

Funds mental health, developmental disabilities, and addiction treatment programs including community-based services, state-operated facilities, and crisis intervention services.

Funds rehabilitation services, vocational rehabilitation programs, home services, and various human services including youth services, community health, and family support programs.

Effective July 1, 2009; includes appropriations from multiple funding sources including recovery act funds and special program trust funds.
