Appropriates $310,455,600 total for the Department of Employment Security for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2009, consisting of $13,815,400 in General Funds, $1,916,700 in Other State Funds, and $294,723,500 in Federal Funds.

Allocates $11,544,300 for the Office of the Director, $89,646,400 for Finance and Administration Bureau, and $145,483,500 for Workforce Development from Title III Social Security and Employment Service Fund.

Appropriates $14,100,000 from the Unemployment Compensation Special Administration Fund for legal assistance, deposits into Title III fund, and interest on refunds.

Allocates $13,000,000 from Title III Social Security and Employment Service Fund for administrative expenses related to Training and Employment Services under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.

Appropriates $17,500,000 from Title III Social Security and Employment Service Fund pursuant to Section 903 of the Federal Social Security Act for state portion of federal funds under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
