Appropriates $2,524,100 from the Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund for the Property Tax Appeal Board's ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2009.

Personal Services funding of $1,567,000 comprises the largest appropriation category.

Provides $177,900 for State Employees' Retirement System contributions and $119,900 for Social Security contributions.

Allocates $57,900 specifically for costs associated with the appeal process and reestablishment of a Cook County office.
