Appropriates $31,600,100 from the Metropolitan Fair and Exposition Authority Improvement Bond Fund to the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority for debt service on Dedicated State Tax Revenue Bonds and related trustee and legal expenses.

Appropriates $138,992,300 from the McCormick Place Expansion Project Fund to the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority for debt service on McCormick Place Expansion Project Bonds and related trustee and legal expenses.

Total appropriations of $170,592,400 for ordinary and contingent expenses of the Metropolitan Fair and Exposition Authority for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2009.

Takes effect July 1, 2009.
