Appropriates $5,402,300 total to the Illinois Violence Prevention Authority for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2009, consisting of $3,408,200 in General Funds and $1,994,100 in Other State Funds

Allocates $794,100 from Violence Prevention Fund for operating expenses including personal services ($527,100), employee retirement contributions ($62,600), group insurance ($114,500), and various administrative costs

Allocates $35,400 from General Revenue Fund for contractual services

Appropriates $1,200,000 from Violence Prevention Fund and $2,063,700 from General Revenue Fund for awarding grants under the Violence Prevention Act of 1995

Appropriates $824,100 from General Revenue Fund for Illinois Family Violence Coordinating Council Program and $485,000 for all costs associated with Bullying Prevention
