Appropriates $43,145,600 total to Chicago State University Board of Trustees for fiscal year ending June 30, 2010, comprising $42,531,600 in General Funds and $614,000 in Other State Funds.

Allocates $38,260,300 from General Revenue Fund for ordinary and contingent expenses including personal services ($34,338,700), group insurance ($1,003,300), contractual services ($1,952,400), and other operational costs.

Appropriates $400,000 from General Revenue Fund for collaboration projects to improve student retention and graduation rates.

Appropriates $614,000 from General Professions Dedicated Fund for development, support, and administration of pharmacy practice education and training programs.

Appropriates $3,451,700 and $419,600 for personal services from General Revenue Fund for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2009, pursuant to Title XIV of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
