Appropriates $2,242,700 from General Revenue Fund to the Human Rights Commission for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2009, covering personal services ($1,676,000), retirement contributions ($190,200), Social Security contributions ($128,300), contractual services ($160,000), and other operating expenses.

Appropriates $100,000 from Special Projects Division Fund for costs associated with processing and adjudicating cases under Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development contracts.

Total appropriation of $2,342,700 for Human Rights Commission ordinary and contingent expenses.

Effective date is July 1, 2009.
