Appropriates $9,710,100 from the General Revenue Fund to the Guardianship and Advocacy Commission for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2009.

Appropriates $187,700 from the Guardianship and Advocacy Fund for services pursuant to Section 5 of the Guardianship and Advocacy Act.

General Revenue Fund allocation includes $7,390,000 for Personal Services, $838,600 for State Employees' Retirement System contributions, and $563,500 for Social Security contributions.

Remaining General Revenue Fund allocation covers Contractual Services ($354,200), Travel ($175,000), Telecommunications Services ($277,600), and other operating expenses totaling approximately $739,200.

Act takes effect July 1, 2009.
