Appropriates $13,077,600 in Other State Funds to the Capital Development Board for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2009.

Appropriates $12,577,600 from the Capital Development Fund for General Office expenses including personal services ($7,948,600), group insurance ($1,618,000), and state employee retirement contributions ($902,000).

Appropriates $0 from the Capital Development Board Revolving Fund for fiscal year 2009-2010.

Appropriates $500,000 from the School Infrastructure Fund for operational purposes relating to the School Infrastructure Program.

Takes effect July 1, 2009.
