• Appropriates $17.854 billion to the Department of Healthcare and Family Services for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2009, comprised of $8.794 billion in General Revenue Funds, $8.860 billion in Other State Funds, and $200 million in Federal Funds.

• Funds program administration, Office of Inspector General, child support enforcement, legal representation, public aid recoveries, and medical services including physicians, dentists, hospitals, long-term care facilities, and community health centers.
