Appropriates $8,218,400 total to the Illinois Department of Labor for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2009: $6,318,400 from General Funds, $400,000 from Other State Funds, and $1,500,000 from Federal Funds.

Allocates $1,990,700 from General Revenue Fund for Operations - General Office, including $1,303,000 for personal services and support for state employee retirement and Social Security contributions.

Allocates $1,276,500 from General Revenue Fund for Public Safety division, including $949,400 for personal services and related benefit contributions.

Allocates $2,791,700 from General Revenue Fund for Fair Labor Standards division, including $2,192,100 for personal services, plus $400,000 from the Child Labor and Day and Temporary Labor Services Enforcement Fund for child labor law enforcement.

Appropriates $259,500 from General Revenue Fund for Equal Pay Act and Victims Economic Security and Safety Act enforcement, and $1,500,000 from the Department of Labor Federal Trust Fund for occupational safety and health administration state program for public sector worksites.
