Appropriates $1,273,220 from the General Revenue Fund to the State Universities Civil Service System for ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2010.

Personal Services allocation of $932,400 represents the largest expenditure category, followed by Contractual Services at $248,300.

Includes funding for Social Security ($13,520), Travel ($12,000), Equipment ($25,500), Telecommunications Services ($25,700), Printing ($4,000), Commodities ($9,000), and Operation of Automotive Equipment ($2,800).

Appropriates an additional $6,000 from the General Revenue Fund for office relocation expenses for the State Universities Civil Service System.

Effective date is July 1, 2009.
