• Appropriates $755,814,800 total to the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois for fiscal year ending June 30, 2010: $751,247,200 from General Funds and $4,567,600 from Other State Funds.

• General Revenue Fund allocation of $697,901,100 covers personal services ($601,779,800), social security/Medicare ($9,519,800), group insurance ($24,337,700), contractual services ($38,906,600), and various other operational expenses.

• Appropriates $2,445,500 from the Fire Prevention Fund to maintain the Illinois Fire Service Institute.

• Appropriates additional funds from specialized funds including $250,000 from State College and University Trust Fund for scholarships, $200,000 each from Emergency Public Health and Used Tire Management Funds for mosquito abatement/research, and $472,100 from Hazardous Waste Research Fund.
