Appropriates $47,609,500 from the General Revenue Fund to Eastern Illinois University Board of Trustees for ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2010.

Personal Services allocation of $45,509,500 includes costs incurred during fiscal year and salaries accrued but unpaid to academic personnel for the 2009-2010 academic year.

Additional appropriations include $1,000,000 for Contractual Services, $500,000 for Equipment, $300,000 each for Commodities and Telecommunications Services.

Appropriates $4,250 from the State College and University Trust Fund for scholarship grant awards pursuant to Public Act 91-0083.

Appropriates $2,957,000 and $836,300 from General Revenue Fund pursuant to Title XIV of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 for Personal Services.

Act takes effect July 1, 2009.
