Appropriates $2,260,200 from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Labor Relations Board for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2009.

Personal Services allocation of $1,579,200 represents the largest expenditure category.

Includes $179,200 for state contributions to employees' retirement system and $120,900 for social security contributions.

Allocates funds for contractual services ($240,000), telecommunications ($64,000), electronic data processing ($40,400), travel ($21,800), and other operational expenses.

Takes effect July 1, 2009.
